Heart Mountain Wyoming Foundation - 2022 Heart Mountain Pilgrimage
Thursday, July 28, Events: include several workshops including genealogy with Densho &cartooning with Willie Ito. Also a hardhat tour of the root cellar and a hike up Heart Mountain.
Friday, July 29, Events: include the Wyoming premier of Kishi Bashi's songfilm Omoiyari and will be followed by educational panels and a multigenerational discussion space where small groups of participants will have the chance to reflect on the Japanese American confinement experience.
Saturday, July 30, Events: include site tours, a sayonara banquet and groundbreaking ceremony for the Mineta-Simpson Institute at Heart Mountain.
