- Line up with kids at Commons Courtyard in front of Bear Stone
- Provide Clue Sheets for all the kids
- Ryan & Officials give speech
- Ribbon cutting
- Once cut, kids shotgun start to find bears
- That day only, pick up the prize at the Visitor Center
