Heart Mountain Barracks Story: Heart Mountain Interpretive Center and Northwest College will host the premiere of a new documentary tracing the journey of the Heart Mountain barracks at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, September 29. The screening will take place in Fagerberg Building Room 70 on the NWC Campus, and will be followed by a panel discussion featuring former Heart Mountain incarcerees, homesteaders of the Bighorn Basin and the filmmaker. This event accompanies Heart Mountain Interpretive Center’s new exhibit, “Moving Walls: Heart Mountain Barracks in the Bighorn Basin.” The film screening and panel discussion are free and the public is invited to attend.
