MakerSpace Laser Safety

Learn to safely use the laser cutter and get inspired for a project of your own. This 1 ½ hour class will cover the safety features of the laser cutter and how to operate it. You will get some hands-on time with the laser controls and learn what materials can be cut. In addition, you will see a plethora of sample projects to help get your design spirit flowing! After completion of this course, you are certified to use the laser cutter at the Powell Makerspace for personal projects.
