From Picasso to tapas, Spain has a rich and unique artistic and cultural heritage. This presentation briefly covers Spain's artistic history, its interaction with cultures such as the Ancient Romans and the Moors, and an overview of the traditions that make Spain special. Presented by Anne Toner, assistant professor of art and enthusiastic Spain traveler, this event is part of the Northwest College celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month and is free and open to the public.
