One of downtown Powell’s busiest days of the year is Halloween. Come rain, shine, wind or snow, dozens of trick-or-treaters trek up and down the sidewalks, getting candy from local businesses as part of Powelloween.
The annual event provides a safe place for children to trick or treat during daylight hours. It’s a festive community tradition that Powell families have come to count on each October.
