Wouldn’t it be lovely to “arrive” in January, 2019, feeling energized, rejuvenated, and eager to take on a fresh New Year? It can be challenging, particularly given the busy lives we lead, the “crazed” holiday rush that lies just ahead, and our tendency to cram so much (e.g. travel, food, drink, shopping, parties, & concerts, etc.) into the coming months. Unfortunately, it's easy to find ourselves at the year end feeling pretty beat up and spent.
